We have been made aware that some speakers have received unsolicited emails, e.g. from ehotelservices.org, offering special discounted hotel rooms during the conference. TMRC 2022 conference organizers have NOT contracted with any organization to arrange accommodation. TMRC 2022 will NOT send you any emails related to accommodations. All participants should make their own hotel reservations through their usual reputable travel agent.

COVID-19 Health Attestation

TMRC conference attendees must complete a self-health attestation for each day that they are at the Western Digital Milpitas campus.  The online attestation form may be submitted up to 24 hours before arrival using the following link:

Clicking on this link will bring up a form that needs to be filled out with the following information:

Employee/Contingent Worker OR Visitor:  Visitor
Name:  <Attendee Name>
Email Address:  <Attendee email address>
Company:  <Attendee Company>
Date of Attestation:  2022-08-29, 2022-08-30, or 2022-08-31
Location:  US-CA-Milpitas

Do you live in the same household with, or have you had close contact* in the past 10 (ten) days with someone who has been in isolation for COVID-19 or had a test confirming they have the virus?  No

Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had a test confirming you have COVID-19 within the past 10 (ten) days?  No

Have you had any one or more of these symptoms today or within the past 24 (twenty-four) hours, which is new or not explained by a reason other than possibly having COVID-19?  No

Then click the Submit button.

Answering "No" to all three questions will generate an email similar to the following, which must be shown to the security team upon arrival. Security will then provide a visitor badge for the site (in addition to the TMRC conference badge).
