We have been made aware that some speakers have received unsolicited emails, e.g. from ehotelservices.org, offering special discounted hotel rooms during the conference. TMRC 2022 conference organizers have NOT contracted with any organization to arrange accommodation. TMRC 2022 will NOT send you any emails related to accommodations. All participants should make their own hotel reservations through their usual reputable travel agent.

Presentation Information

Poster Presentations

  • Posters should be printed to fit the onsite presentation board dimensions of 101 cm (40 inches) wide by 152 cm (60 inches) high. The poster should include title, authors and their affiliations.
  • The poster should be also submitted in a pdf format and a recorded presentation video (5-10 minutes) by August 24th for being available in the post-conference online archive.

Invited Presentations

  • Invited speakers please submit a pre-recorded presentation video (25 minutes) by August 24th.
  • As a reminder we ask all invited speakers to submit a poster for their talk as well for display and discussion during the networking sessions.

Recorded Presentation Upload

  • The instructions for preparing the pre-recorded video talk can be found here.
  • Please upload your pre-recorded talks (mp4 file) by August 24th using this link.
  • Please note that you need to be logged into your google account to upload your video talk using the above link.  If you do not have a google account, please create one as described here.
